1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

What you count

In Short: The counters you create never leave your device.

Since is a date calculator that runs entirely on your device. The counters you create — including their names, the dates you anchor them to, any notes, your reset history, your chosen illustrations, and your reminder settings — are stored in the application's own storage on your device and, where you have added the widget, in a container shared with that widget on the same device. This information is not transmitted to us, is not backed up to any server of ours, and is not accessible to us in any form. It is included in your device backups only if you have iCloud or local backups switched on, in which case it is governed by Apple's terms rather than ours.

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We do not require you to register or create an account in order to use the Services. We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it to us — for example when you contact us for support, request a copy of your data, or otherwise write to us.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect may include the following:

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive personal information. We do not request or receive access to your precise or approximate location, health or fitness data, contacts, photo library, camera, or microphone.

Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information:

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as device characteristics and how the app is used — is collected automatically when you use our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, country, and information about how and when you use our Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The information we collect includes:

We do not collect your IP address for analytics purposes, and we do not collect location data.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We only process your personal information when we believe it is necessary and we have a valid legal reason (i.e., legal basis) to do so under applicable law, like with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill our legitimate business interests.

If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you. We may rely on the following legal bases: Consent; Performance of a Contract; Legitimate Interests (to display advertising, analyze how our Services are used, support our marketing activities, diagnose problems and prevent fraud, and improve user experience); Legal Obligations; and Vital Interests.

If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you. We may process your information if you have given us specific permission (express consent) or in situations where your permission can be inferred (implied consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time. In some exceptional cases we may be legally permitted to process your information without your consent as permitted by applicable law.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following categories of third parties.

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third parties who perform services for us and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place designed to help safeguard your personal information.

The categories of third parties we may share personal information with are as follows:

In practice, the providers we use for the Services are:

We do not sell what you count. The contents of your counters are not shared with any of the parties above, because they never leave your device.

We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

5. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?

In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to or who advertise on our Services.

The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us. We do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Notice.

6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We may use tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

The application is not a website and does not use browser cookies. We do permit third parties and service providers — in particular our advertising provider — to use tracking technologies within the Services for analytics and advertising. To the extent these technologies are deemed to be a "sale"/"sharing" (which includes targeted advertising) under applicable US state laws, you can opt out as described in the section "DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?"

7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our servers are located in the United States. Your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us and the third parties with whom we share your personal information, including facilities in the United States and other countries.

If you are a resident in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, these countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country. We will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers between us and our third-party providers. Our Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided upon request.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Usage-event records are retained in aggregate form for business analysis. Correspondence you send us is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of it. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it.

The counters you create are kept on your device for as long as you keep them there, and are removed when you delete them or delete the application.

9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at danilkorovinshag@gmail.com.

In Short: Depending on your state of residence in the US or in some regions, such as the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.

In some regions you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure, (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information, (iv) if applicable, to data portability, and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making. You can make such a request by contacting us using the details in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?"

If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or UK data protection authority. If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details provided below.

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice. We do honour the App Tracking Transparency choice you make on your Apple device.
